dmraid - fails to map the secondary and third raid array

For the time being, you can workaround this problem with "kpartx -a /dev/..."
on those RAID devices missing partition mappings.

Please send me all 3 metadata samples created with "dmraid -rD" for analysis
(tar/bzip2 the resulting *.{dat,offset,size}" files into
 Liviu-Balan_raid0.tar.bz2).
