As far as the font goes, the closest one I could find is Proxima Nova A Regular (<a href="http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/marksimonson/proxima-nova/a-regular/">http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/marksimonson/proxima-nova/a-regular/</a>), which is paid. There's also free and open-source (SIL OFL) fonts that would make a good match, such as Questrial, Muli, Inder (just because these 3 have a round "a" character like the original font in the logo). I've attached 3 rendering with these fonts.
