[Avocado-devel] Suggest a new maintainer

Yingshun works with a very discreet attitude when contributing to our test
repos including submitting code and reviewing them. She’s been trying to
improve the quality of her code since the day she started to work with us
even though it’s already good enough for us. She always takes others’
opinions seriously and always keeps an open mind. Beyond that, Yingshun has
come up with quite a few brilliant ideas to help remodel our test code and
structure, which makes me believe that with she contributing as a
maintainer, we will surely be able to achieve more in the future.
