It occurred to me the other day that there are two distinct times
where this question becomes an issue - first is an upgrade of a
running system, the second is during a full system upgrade/install.

Also a good point. And I need to remember that some folks get itchy
about editing any configuration file with their bare hands, they'd
probably appreciate some support, too. I think that if you can update
the SRM file, and make it an option, that would be best. But not the
highest priority.<br>
