Dual-boot Mailing List

Here are a few questions:

First, is there a mailing list for people who are running dual-boot 
machines with Linux and Windows?

Second, is there an Open Source Windows program that can read files on a 
RiserFS partition? Actually, I want to copy some files from my Linux 
partition to my Windows partition. I can already do the reverse.
