show_cursor patch for abook

Please disregard the postthat said you didn't need the patch. That's the 
dumbest thing I've said in a long time!!! Of course I didn't need the 
patch; I had copied the source to my other computer instead of going to 
cvs so of course the patch was already there just as I had compiled it. 
Time for a nap I think!!! Sorry.
