commands/packages missing

[Linux for blind general discussion]

Hi.
I'm searching for packages in the new debian stretch on
http://packages.debian.org
but much seems to be gone. the kernel binaries and source for example.
How can this be?
also, when I tried out stretch Before very much console commands where
missing. for example jobs, kill and killall.
are there other commands now?
