I have a customer wanted to know when Metrics on Minishift will work

I have been trying the following without success

MINISHIFT_ENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL=y minishift start --profile minishift-1.9.0_2
--metrics --cpus 3 --memory 8192 --vm-driver virtualbox --openshift-version
v3.7.0-rc.0

minishift v1.9.0+a511b25

I do see
An error occurred getting metrics. Open Metrics URL
<https://hawkular-metrics-openshift-infra.192.168.99.110.nip.io/hawkular/metrics>
 | Don't Show Me Again <https://192.168.99.110:8443/console/>

and when I Open Metrics URL I get Application not available
Application is not available

The application is currently not serving requests at this endpoint. It may
not have been started or is still starting.

Possible reasons you are seeing this page:

   - *The host doesn't exist.* Make sure the hostname was typed correctly
   and that a route matching this hostname exists.
   - *The host exists, but doesn't have a matching path.* Check if the URL
   path was typed correctly and that the route was created using the desired
   path.
   - *Route and path matches, but all pods are down.* Make sure that the
   resources exposed by this route (pods, services, deployment configs, etc)
   have at least one pod running.
