[Devtools] CDK Minishift Beta 1 Testing

minishift config view

should display how much memory and cpus it will choose by default :-)

and the order of the displayed properties changes which is odd.

Here is input/output

ovpn-122-222:temp2 burr$ ./minishift config view

To apply the changes, you must delete the current VM with `minishift
delete` and start a new VM with `minishift start`.
