[makubacki] This specific code was used because as-is, it is setting an unused variable. The 
call to PchLpcIoEnableDecodingSet ( ) should be sufficient to enable EC I/O decoding.  
B_LPC_CFG_IOE_ME1 enables decoding of I/O ports 0x62 and 0x66.
