[edk2-devel] [PATCH v1 0/1] BaseTools: don't use WHOLEARCHIVE linker flag for VS2017 toolchain

This patch removes /WHOLEARCHIVE flag from VS2017 toolchain configuration
to reduce the size of resulting binaries.
