[edk2-devel] Mike will be the back up maintainers for Edk2 packages when Chinese National Holiday (Oct.1 ~ Oct.7)

Some Edk2 package maintainers are in China. We will take Chinese National Holiday (Oct.1 ~ Oct.7).
In this period, Michael D Kinney will be the backup maintainers for those Edk2 packages. Thanks for Mike great support.
