Hi Liming,
Yes - this is part of
https://docs.python.org/3/library/email.header.html
(or for Python 2,
https://docs.python.org/2/library/email.header.html).
Someone with better python knowledge than me may be able to explain
why the implicit import is required for Python 2 (at least in my
setup) but not Python 3.
