[edk2-devel] [PATCHv2 1/1] MdeModulePkg/SdMmcPciHcDxe: Send SEND_STATUS at lower frequency

To avoid stability issues on some designs the driver
will now send SEND_STATUS at previous, lower, frequency
when upgrading the bus timing.
