[edk2-devel] [PATCH] EmulatorPkg: TimerLib QueryPerformance functions

Implement QueryPerformanceCounter() and QueryPerformanceFrequency()
for both Unix and Windows.

This has been tested in both Unix and Windows in an application using
TimerLib.
