[edk2-devel] [PATCH 03/15] ArmVirtPkg/ArmVirtPkg.ci.yaml: Add configuration for LicenseCheck

[Zhang, Shenglei]

Add configuration IgnoreFiles for package config files.
So users can rely on this to skip license conflict for
some generated files.
