[edk2-devel] Running CI on FreeBSD - can't run NuGet.exe directly (need "mono NuGet.exe")

If I understand you correctly we already do something like this on linux.
You can see the code here: https://github.com/tianocore/edk2-pytool-extensions/blob/master/edk2toolext/environment/extdeptypes/nuget_dependency.py#L31

For better support can we move this conversation over to the pytool project.   Please open an issue here: https://github.com/tianocore/edk2-pytool-extensions/issues
