[edk2-devel] [UEFIPayLoad] While BootMenuApp build in UEFI payload, pcd in BootMenuApp will not be override. #include #includes

While BootMenuApp build in UEFI payload, pcd in BootMenuApp will not be override By Platform value.
Have already check with liiu, zhiguang, need to fix at UefiPayloadPkg.dsc
