I think it would be more clear English to say that we are waiting
_for_ the bus to be *ready* - meaning that we are waiting _while_ the
bus is *busy*.
So I suggest
WAIT_FOR_BUS_BUSY_TIMEOUT ->
WAIT_FOR_BUS_READY_TIMEOUT
