Why do we need SmmCpuPlatformHookLib? I don't see any invokes to the functions in SmmCpuPlatformHookLib. Did I miss something?
If we do need SmmCpuPlatformHookLib, could we have this instance in AmdSmmCpuFeaturesLib.inf?
