Allow me to point out that it is not the job of the maintainers to
review all submissions - their main responsibility is to shepherd
reviewed patches and get them merged. The community as a whole is
responsible for getting patches reviewed.

So can I add [3] here

[3] If you see unreviewed patches on the mailing list that are inside
your area of expertise, please go ahead and share your opinion, even
if you are not a maintainer, steward or affiliated with the Tiancore
project in another way.
