[edk2-devel] [PATCH V1 4/7] OvmfPkg/IntelTdx: Update tdx measurement in SEC phase

After TdxHelperLib is instroduced, the SecMain.c in IntelTdx is updated
with the new functions provided by TdxHelperLib.
