[et-mgmt-tools] Fully automated kickstarts for your distro

I've just noticed that the kickstarts that ship in /etc/cobbler/, (ex:  
/etc/cobbler/kickstart_fc5.ks) aren't fully automatic as they pause at 
the partitioning screen.

If anyone has any fully automatic kickstarts or refinements to the 
existing one they would like to contribute (for your distro or across 
the board), they would be appreciated.    I'll mention you in AUTHORS if 
that works as a bribe :)
