I think that 60 CDs and 40 DVDs are ok, because everything (and much more) of what you wanna install, you can download using the internet. And also, because too much people who comes to the install party, don't know anything about Linux, they are there more to see than to learn (yes, i can't generalize). But this is my opnion. Next semester I'll do a Install Fest in my college, and it would be very good for me, know how many cds and dvds to make.
