>From the FOSDEM TEAM and about Distribution Miniconf : <div style="margin-left: 40px;">The idea of this miniconf is to have sessions around common solutions or pain points, e.g. present how you do certain things at CentOS (release management, packaging, cross-arch packaging, packaging Java|Perl|Python|Ruby|PHP stuff, translation, bugtracking, how you work with upstream, community building, legal aspects, 3rd party repositories, etc...) or technical or process solutions you came up with. So, in order to explain you the concept a little bit more deeply : <ul><li>We have designed a coordinator which is Wouter from Debian.</li><li>He is in charge to regroup all talks from different distributions.</li> <li>We have got three weeks to make proposal.</li><li>He has created a wiki page for this on <a href="http://distributions.freedesktop.org/wiki/Fosdem2010" target="_blank">http://distributions.freedesktop.org/wiki/Fosdem2010</a>. You can notice that is not on the Debian wiki. it was done to be fair between each of us.</li> <li>A list of SPOC have been published on the wiki for all distribution which would like to participate to such event.</li><li>I have seen yesteday some of you were ready to do talks and were not afraid to do it in collaboration wiith other distribution.
