That's exactly what i asked a while ago.. that was in the F8 development cycle.. and a mockup (and even working version) of a themed lock dialog (in full F8 style) was made. guess it somewhere failed to get in the official package. It looked good enough to be included and i believe the idea was to include it in F8.
