should be removed.  Where it's not necessary, we shouldn't arbitrarily<br>
change the logo appearance, since that violates the logo usage<br>
guidelines.<br>

Also, it looks like there is an update to the Plymouth boot loader<br>
that uses the "charging up" idea that was presented and favorably<br>
received here.  Ray Strode labored to get this plugin included as<br>
default, so if that's going to be the case we should have that panel<br>
represented instead of the generic "spinfinity" Plymouth screen.  I<br>
visited <a href="https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=499643" target="_blank">https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=499643</a> to try out<br>
the plugin.<br>
