This will figure out the provides needed:

for i in `grep -h MimeType /usr/share/applications/* | sed "s/^MimeType=//" | sed "s/;/\n/g" | sort -u`; do echo "mime($i)"; done

Someone just has to turn it into a proper rpm find-provides thing.
