Any of the Electronic Arts Need for Speed games before v4 (for example NfS III: Porsche Unleashed), only work on Win98 and Win95. They do not work on Windows 2000 or later. While not ubiquitous, NfS certainly sold in the millions, if not tens-of-millions, of units. That's no small number.
