without / or it redirect the visitor to
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module/">http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module/</a> content.<br>

btw, if a visitor point to <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module">http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module</a>
without the / the webserver goes in error.<br>
