[Fedora-ia64-list] PATCH: BZ 188915 ia64 add SGI config option and bump NR_CPUS to 1024

This patch turns on the SGI XP config option and bumps the number of 
supported CPUS to 1024.

In the upstream kernel, 1024 is the max. number of cpus supported in the 
sn2 config...
