[Fedora-ia64-list] FC6 test3 ISOS ...

I'm going to be building FC6 test3 ISOS today, but because of

it is likely that today's test3 will not install on your ia64 box :/.  
My plan therefore is to make the ISOs available with note that these can 
be used only to yum update a system (I will include instructions on how 
to do this in the release notes).
