I noticed that in November, someone posted a message with the same problem and there were no follow ups. I have posted the message at the bottom of this one. The visor module does load, but it apparently can't detect my handheld info or something. I do have "alias char-major-188 visor" in my modules.conf. Any ideas? Thanks!
