We have a couple of Shuttle SK41G with an S3 Savage KM133 video
and<br>
this did the trick for me.<br><br>
Before I did this any time X started (except for 640X480) I'd get a<br>
signal from the video card out of the range of any of my
monitors.<br><br>
I found this trick somewhere in a posting in the goggle Usenet<br>
archives.<br><br>
