That's because /you/ are responsible for any losses incurred. It's not
like a credit card, where they might bear the bulk of the losses, so they
have no reason to care. US, other countries may vary.

Uhh...UNIX to Windows? Why not just build a time machine and send
yourself to the stone age and never return? Seems a bit
backwards....to go to unix to windows...I think I'd change banks :)<br>
