<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I'm running FC3 with KDE and TightVNC. I have
a problem with the screensaver soaking bandwidth and CPU and would like to
completely disable it for all users and all displays.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I've tried completely turning off xscreensaver by
issuing xscreensaver-command -exit and the screensaver still opens, and have
also tried xset s off. I know very little about the X subsystem and am
obviously missing something here. Any ideas appreciated.</FONT></DIV>
