hey friends, I am using fc3 and want to snmp to accept some connections from particular ipaddresses only. I renamed the snmpd.cont to snmpd_old.conf and then created another snmpd.conf file and added these lines. rocommunity company <a href="http://192.168.1.19">192.168.1.19</a> <a href="http://127.0.0.1">127.0.0.1</a> 1932.168.1.14 <a href="http://192.168.1.5">192.168.1.5</a> When I do snmpwalk <a href="http://192.168.1.5">192.168.1.5</a> -c public -v 1 Timeout: No Response from <a href="http://192.168.1.5">192.168.1.5</a> The ipaddress of the server on which snmp is running is <a href="http://192.168.1.5"> 192.168.1.5</a>. I tried the above command from <a href="http://192.168.1.19">192.168.1.19</a>, <a href="http://192.168.1.14">192.168.1.14</a> and also from localhost but I am getting the same response except in case of localhost i get "no response from localhost".
