You need a FAS account to edit the wiki page, yes. Creating one is really
easy and doesn't involve a manual wait these days.

Thanks for the quick reply. I thought, after reading the FAS stuff,
that FAS was really only for developers that were adding value to
Fedora thru software/coding additions/updates.<br>
