Extras Bugzilla change

Hi all,

Just a note to let you know that the bugzilla-related items for Fedora
Extras (components, component owners, etc.) should now be edited via
checkins to the 'owners.list' file in the 'owners' module of /cvs/extras.

The http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/BugzillaAdmin process is now
obsolete.
