Review with flags documentation on the wiki?

Thanks for mentioning this.  I updated other places on the Wiki, but 
missed here.  Are there any others?

A few places still point at the FE-REVIEW FE-NEW FE-ACCEPTED trackers, 
but only in the capacity of statistics, because we didn't auto-migrate 
all of that to match the new flags.
