whatever good for upstream, good for Fedora :).

if you can get users of
a-particular-distro-who-loves-to-keep-their-enhancements-for-themselves
to contribute upstream, then that would be way better :D

It is of our best interest that upstream gets more people to
contribute to them and drive development forward ..
