   Since your system wouldn't be up at 0400 when cron.daily (which
runs prelink) kicks off, it should be rescheduled by anacron after you
boot.  The default configuration appears to run daily jobs 65 minutes
after boot if they haven't run in the past day.
   IOW, if your system is off at 0400 and booted at 0800, it would run
prelink around 0905.
