Anyway, one can use alt+tab to switch to the new shell, so it is not a
real problem. I recognize it might be more safe to open the new windw
behind.<br>

I think that might lead to confusion when users are wondering why some
windows open in front, and others open behind. At least when they all
open behind it's consistent.
