I wound up revising it quite a lot :)
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/sop_new_member">https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/sop_new_member</a>
it's now a bit more explicit, and it covers the procedure for both the
applicant and the administrator. Hope it's OK.
I also revised the Joining page:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/Joining">https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/Joining</a>
to explain the introductory email process to applicants. So the
information on that page should still be sufficient, alone, to explain
how to sign up to the group - no need to actually read the SOP page.

Adam,<br>

I really like the new page for Joining. It spells everything out
clearly, and most people should be able to figure out what to do.<br>
