I tried to MISconfigure the DNS server on my computer and I got the same error message as your.<BR>
(Unable to open connection: Host does not exist)<BR>
So I think it's DNS problem.<BR>
Could you ping i18n.redhat.com?<BR>

BTW, is port 22 (SSH) on your company proxy open?<BR>
(If, however, the firewall does not allow SSH, the error message should be<BR>
"Network connection refuse".)<BR>
