internal issue that users cannot "take" a file before translation. Users will see this message:<BR>
<BR>
<B><FONT SIZE="4">Error</FONT></B><BR>
Authentication failed.<BR>
Please contact the site administrator.<BR>
<BR>
Our engineers are trying their best to address this issue. If you would like to translate a file,<BR>
please contact the mailing-list of your own language to make sure no one's working on it.<BR>
This will reduce the risk of conflict and of course, it's for temporary. We'll bring it back online<BR>
soon.<BR>
