Hello!<br>         I want to localize the mailing list info page for Urdu mailing list but want to know<br><ul><li>Is it allowed to localize/edit a mailing list info page according to administrator's wish?</li><li>Is it available on CVS? The online editor availabe in Admin. area isn't the right tool for doing that.
