This will also tell you if its listening on <a href="http://127.0.0.1" target="_blank" onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)">127.0.0.1</a>, or all interfaces If any of that is missing/wrong, then /var/log/xen/xend- debug.log is where the VNC server stucks its logs.
