[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] de-activate user patch

This patch adds API to de-activate users, adds some comments and lets 
get_user() pull a limited list of attributes.

Inactivation is currently limited to the nsAccountlock attribute. 
Kerberos-specific attributes still need to be updated.

This should give us basic CRUD support though (Create Read Update Delete).
