[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] use forwarded tickets for auth

This fairly invasive patch enables LDAP SASL authentication using a
forwarded kerberos ticket. It can also handle the existing proxied
authentication method (so it won't break the GUI).
I also refactored the LDAP connection code to be simpler to call, and
did a few other small bug fixes.
Not sure if we want this in the drop for tomorrow or not. It is fairly
useless without a modified mod_auth_kerb. I'm going to send out the
src.rpm for that next if anyone wants to give it a go.
